According to Chapter 702 of the SGA Code of Laws, “The Director of Elections and the Assistants are responsible for organizing and publicizing all University wide elections according to the Code of Laws.  The Elections Board meets to adjudicate any alleged violations of the Code and works to ensure the integrity of the process.”
