Current Students

To receive scholarship consideration as a current student, we recommend the following steps.

1. Achieve a 3.0 cumulative, unadjusted Auburn GPA at the end of each fall semester.


2. Review the list of available General Scholarships and the requirements for consideration.


3. Inquire about Departmental Scholarship opportunities with the college/school and department in which you are majoring.


4. Pursue External Scholarship opportunities using any available resource, including those provided on this website.


5. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), available online beginning January 1. The FAFSA must be received by Auburn University by the financial aid priority deadline of March 1 for need-based scholarship consideration.


6. Respond to all scholarship offers by the date requested.
