The students at Auburn have decided to record another disk, not because we are good musicians or singers, not because we have high musical ambitions, but simply because we love these songs and believe that the truth contained in these timeless words reveal the majesty of our Redeemer's gospel in a valuable, tangible, and connecting way.

To sing these songs is to declare what God has done for us, and what is more exciting or worthy of song than that? Our wish is that you will love these songs as we do, and that you will become familiar with songs you might not know. Most of these songs are hymns; the text maintained, the music revised. A few of these songs are unique to the students at Auburn, and we hope that our passion for them is evident.

The name for our disk comes from the text of one of the songs: "Just as I am, thy love unknown has broken every barrier down." Our prayer is that the barriers of sin in all of our hearts will be continually broken down as Christ pours out His indescribable love on our hearts and minds. We hope that you enjoy this music as much as we do.
