Staff
RESF is staffed by three electronics professionals with more than 50 years of
combined experience.
Henry Cobb, Engineer and
Director: Holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering as
well as a master’s degree in business administration and is a Registered
Professional Engineer.
Mike Hornsby, Manager of
Analytical Instrumentation: Holds an associate degree in electronics technology
and is a Certified Electronics Technician.

Electronics Technician III
 Pat Smith,
Office Administrator: Brings 15 years of experience in the private sector. She
has been with Auburn University for 20 years.
