Welcome
Welcome to the Home Page for the Auburn Research
Park. As an emerging development, the Auburn Research Park
supports the initiatives of the State of Alabama to move toward a
knowledge-based economy.
Establishment of the research park is the result of
a partnership between the State of Alabama through the Governor’s
Office, Auburn University, and the City of Auburn. The Auburn Research
and Technology Foundation (ARTF) is a 501(c)3 corporation formed to develop and
operate the Auburn Research Park.
The vision for the park is to establish an
entrepreneurial atmosphere and enabling business and research
environment that fosters creativity and innovation, and embraces
collaboration, partnerships, and networking that lead to economic diversification
and enhanced economic vitality of the local community, state and region.
The Auburn Research Park will play a
significant role in leveraging Auburn University’s intellectual property
assets to technology-based economic development by facilitating technology transfer,
developing industry partnerships, forming and nurturing new business ventures, and
attracting knowledge-based companies to the Auburn Research Park.
