All internal grants are restricted to the budgets as approved by the selection committees. Any unauthorized expenditures will become the responsibility of the department or college/school.

Guidelines and policies for all internal grant programs are subject to change up until the date of the request for proposals. Please check program calendars and committee membership listings often as these may change at any time."

P. I.'s are responsible for copying their department head on their internal grant applications, and reporting their project budgets to their departmental administrative staff. This is especially important with regard to salary supplements.
