Defining Moment: A defining moment for me in AU was Hey Day freshman year. I was walking out of Parker heading towards the transit, when I was stopped and asked to be a part of Hey Day. She told me it was a tradition in order to promote AU’s spirit by simple saying, "Hey!" Elated by this simple gesture, I immediately became that girl. As I was passing out nametags that afternoon, I took a deep breath and said, “Hey my name is Ashley, want to be a part of Auburn's tradition?”
