Public Transportation In and Around Auburn
Leave your car at home and catch the bus. Tiger Transit provides a bus service on many routes on campus and around Auburn, from 7am until 10pm. The service is free to students and available for a fee to staff and faculty. All regular route buses now have bike racks.

Local Bus: Lee-Russel Public Transit (LRPT)
LRPT (formerly LETA) is a dial-a-bus curb-to-curb service available to everyone living in Lee and Russell counties. Auburn University Students, Staff, and Faculty ride FREE with a valid Auburn University I.D. Now you don't even need a car to do your grocery shopping!

Airport Shuttle: Express 85, Atlanta Airport
Express 85 provides a shuttle bus service between Auburn and Atlanta airport. For details about schedules and pick-up points, see Express 85 website.
If you are going further afield and wish to leave your car at home, you can
catch the Greyhound in Opelika or the train in Anniston (nearest station), Birmingham or Atlanta.
