Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)There are a number of CSAs that you can join on a season-by-season basis. By joining a local
CSA you are assured a weekly supply of in-season and locally grown produce. CSA produce is often organically grown, and
vegetables, fruit, eggs, honey, milk and meat are usually available. Some CSA farmers will also welcome visits to
their farms and allow you to purchase on site.
And don't forget, look for local produce in your health food store, and demand it in your local supermarket.
