Sustainability in the Campus Strategic Plan

The campus strategic plan is the document that guides the University's policies for the next decade. Auburn is in the process of developing a new strategic plan. The full Strategic Plan draft with an outline of of 62 potential areas of focus is now available online.

All members of the Auburn community are encouraged to provide public comment online through Friday, March 7th regarding which areas they think should be included in the final draft.

We encourage everyone to read through all the items but want to highlight that three are directly related to sustainability on campus: #8 - a student wellness and sustainability center, #36 - green building or LEED guidelines for all campus buildings, and #55 - to establish specific measurable sustainability goals for all of campus.
