If a registration is cancelled for any reason, the individual or organization making the original tuition payment will receive:
(1) a full refund, less an administrative fee of $25, if the cancellation request is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the scheduled event; 
(2) a full refund, less an administrative fee of 25%, if the cancellation request is received in writing less than 10 working days prior to the scheduled event, but prior to the opening session; or
(3) no refund for a ‘No Show’ or a cancellation request received after the course has begun.

Note:  A registration may be transferred to another person for a $25 administrative fee.
