Policies

REGISTRATION FEE

· The fee for each workshop session is $139.
· On-site registration will be accepted only on a space available basis. Please call 334-844-5100 to confirm space availability before registering on-site.
· The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Requests to transfer a registration to another person or another seminar site will be accommodated for an additional $ 25.00 fee.

Continuing Education Credits

· Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits will be offered for completion of the full workshop session. Attendance will be verified each day by an attendance verification card to be signed and submitted by each individual.
· Continuing Education Units (CEU) are awarded automatically by Auburn University to those who complete the course satisfactorily.
· NO Partial awards may be made to those arriving late or leaving early.

Cellular Phones & Pagers

· Cell phones and pagers should remain SILENT while in session rooms.

Refreshments

· Refreshments will be served during each session. Lunch is on your own.

No Smoking

· Smoking is not allowed in the workshop area or classroom. Each location has a designated smoking area for participants. Please ask the Auburn staff to direct you to the smoking area.

Room Temperature

· Every effort to maintain a meeting space that is comfortable for the majority of participants will be made. A jacket or sweater may be helpful in assuring comfort.

Attendance Verification

· At the beginning of each day, a registration card will be distributed. Each participant should fill out the card to be turned in at the end of each session. The card should indicate the number of hours in the session that the participant attended.
