Public School Transfer Program
In June of 2003, the Auburn University Board of Trustees approved reordered surplus property procedures which allow for much greater availability of surplus items to Alabama public schools and State governmental entities.
The transfer and continued use of these items makes more efficient use of State funds while assisting other schools and State units with their equipment needs.
Alabama public schools will have lists of available items mailed to them by State Education District on a rotating basis. Pick up of available items will be on a first come basis by appointment only.
