Family Entertainment for Non-Campers

There is plenty going on around the area this summer to keep everyone occupied! We recommend checking into any program you might be interested in well in advance to ask about registration requirements and fees.

The Louise Kreher Forestry Preserve will be hosting summer ecology camps for youth starting in May: http://www.sfws.auburn.edu/eco-site/

The Auburn Public Library has youth programming thru the summer. They will be building an addition this summer, so the schedule won’t be posted until late spring: http://www.auburnalabama.org/LIBRARY/

Swimmers may enjoy the water park that's just a couple of miles from campus: http://www.surfsidewaterpark.com/

Auburn Farmer’s Market is held on Thursday afternoons in July, August and September at the Ag Heritage Park on campus.

Of course, there’s always golf, bowling, shopping, and the movies as well!
