TO REGISTER: Please visit the web site at www.ed2go.com/au for full descriptions, prices, and to register. You may also register in person, by mail, phone, or FAX by submitting the registration form. If mailing your materials, mail to On Line Non-Credit Programs, 301 O. D. Smith Hall, Auburn University, AL 36849; call 844-5101 or FAX 844-3101. You may pay your fees with a check payable to Auburn University or with a VISA or MasterCard. You are registered when we receive your application and the full payment of your fees.CONFIRMATION: After you enroll with the Outreach Program Office, you will receive an e-mail with directions for enrolling with Education To Go. Once you have completed this registration process, you will receive a syllabus from your instructor describing the course content; the dates and times when your lecture notes and weekly assignments will be delivered to you; and how to submit questions and completed assignments to your instructor.
ENROLLMENT: Is unlimited to the number of participants.
FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Registrations may be accepted up to two weeks after the starting date of the course.
FEES & PAYMENTS: Our Outreach Program courses are self-supporting, and their costs vary depending on expenses. We require that you pay the FULL amount of the course fee in order to be enrolled in a course. We also ask that you furnish all materials and supplies for your class unless otherwise stated in the course description.
WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS: You will be mailed a full refund if your class is canceled for any reason. If you register for a course and decide not to take the course, please notify the Outreach Program Office at least 24 hours prior to the first class meeting, and you will receive a refund. This refund will equal the amount you paid minus a $15 processing fee. Refunds will not be issued for courses with fees of $15 or less. If you wish to withdraw from a course after the first class meeting, please notify our office as well as your instructor. If you withdraw after the first class meeting, you are eligible for a 50% refund; after the second class, a 25% refund; and after the third class, no refund.
