On-Line	–	Those paying full registration fee and using Visa or Mastercard for payment may access a secure gateway for credit card payments by completing an On Line Registration. [Note: The on-line registration system is not capable of authenticating cases which may qualify for fee discounts. If you feel you, or a member of your group, qualify, please use one of the other registration options.]
