Instructor Development Workshop

Len Elder

Len Elder serves as the Senior Instructor and Curriculum Developer at Superior School of Real Estate in North Carolina. An acclaimed national instructor, Len brings decades of successful real estate training and strategies to the classroom of Superior School’s Raleigh campus.

Len relocated to North Carolina from Tucson, Arizona, where he was co-owner and course architect of a national real estate training and coaching company focused on personal and professional development. He was also a senior instructor at the Hogan School of Real Estate for nearly a decade. The author of several development and leadership publications, Len leads instructor development workshops across the country and has earned one of the top certifications in the industry, Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) with the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA). He is a regular speaker and presenter at conferences and conventions for the National Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association, the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and REEA.

Len is a great communicator who makes real estate education fun, creative, and engaging as he displayed at the Spring Meeting of AREEA in April of last year. Len delivers in several areas: as a nationally certified instructor for licensing and continuing education, as a strategist helping to keep curriculum on the leading edge, and as a trainer for other instructors. His commitment to excellence and passion for the business will inspire anyone ready to put their real estate career into high gear.

Completion of this training will provide six of the twelve hours needed to renew instructor approval in 2015. Remember, these hours are not interchangeable with CE hours that are needed to renew your broker license. These CE hours are only applied toward the renewal of your instructor approval. All participants must register through Auburn University's Office of Professional & Continuing Education (OPCE). The registration fee is $95.00 which includes lunches and breaks.

Additional Information
Registrations received by fax, email or telephone REQUIRE Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express or purchase order number for payment. Auburn University must receive both the registration form and fee from participants in order to be considered registered. Remember the early registration deadline is October 3, approximately two weeks (12 days) prior to the workshops. After that, participants will incur an additional $35 late registration fee. Participants who register less than five working days prior to the workshop date should do so by phone to insure confirmation of registration.
