Effective Supervision in the Manufacturing Environment (Online Training)

The Supervisory Leadership course is an online certificate program that provides a solid understanding of the role of supervisors in the manufacturing environment. In this course, participants are introduced to organizational dynamics and management tools. The course also provides an overview of supervisory and leadership styles. Participants learn foundational supervisory skills such as motivating, leading, and communicating with team members.

This self-paced course is offered fully online and includes 14.5 hours (or 1.45 CEUs) of instructional content consisting of video lectures, quizzes and activities.

Upon successful course completion, participants should be able to accurately describe their role and responsibilities within the organization and identify several things they can personally take responsibility for improving within their work area. Participants will be able to apply the information to real life scenarios throughout the course.
