Attendance Verification
A sign-in sheet will be provided for those seeking CEU, CLE, or CPE credit.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a registration is canceled for any reason, the individual or organization making the original tuition payment will receive:
Note: A registration may be transferred to another person for a $25 fee.
Auburn University reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment. If a course is canceled due to low enrollment, registration fees are refunded in full.
Cell Phones
Cell phones should remain SILENT while in session rooms.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Students completing computer training courses will earn CEUs and have their course accomplishments permanently recorded and available by transcript.
Course Fees
Course fees include instruction and course materials. Computers and software are provided as required.

Group Discounts
Companies can receive a 15% discount on 4 or more registrations paid for at the same time.
Low Enrollment Policy
Auburn University reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment. Such decisions are made three business days prior to the class begin date. If a course is rescheduled for any reason, those registered will be contacted to verify availability for the rescheduled date. If a course is canceled due to low enrollment, registration fees are refunded in full.
Multiple Class Discounts
A multiple class discount is available. Any individual will receive a 15% discount if they register for 3 courses or more at the same time. To receive this discount, please contact our office at 334-844-5100.
Organizational Discounts
A 10% discount is offered to the Auburn ATC members, Auburn Chamber of Commerce, Opelika Chamber of Commerce and Auburn University employees. Discounts cannot be combined and are not cumulative.
Parking Passes
For classes held on the Auburn University Campus, parking passes, along with specific parking instructions, will be mailed to class registrants.
Pets
No pets are allowed. No exceptions.
Prerequisites
Familiarity with personal computers and basic keyboarding experience is required for all classes. Instruction at the previous software level is assumed for all intermediate and advanced courses.
Refresher Courses
You need to get all that you can from your computer training experience. If you complete one of computer training courses and feel that you may have not mastered the material, you may retake the class one additional time, on a space available basis, without paying a registration fee. You will be responsible for your own text book and notifying our office of your intent to attend.
Room Temperature
Every effort to maintain a meeting space that is comfortable for the majority of participants will be made. A jacket or sweater may be helpful in assuring comfort.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the workshop area or classroom. Each session has a designated smoking area for participants.
Staying in Auburn
If you will be staying in Auburn overnight, the Auburn-Opelika Tourism Bureau website has lodging, dining, and other trip planning resources. Discounted rates ($119 for Standard/Deluxe Rooms) are available at The Hotel at Auburn University via the War Eagle Partners Program.
