Virtual Poultry Science Camp - June 25-26, 2020
Rising 7th – 12th Grade

Have you ever wondered what the difference between brown, white and blue eggs is? Or why chickens have different colored feathers? Or what goes into the perfect seasoning blend? Come find out at Poultry Science Camp!

Hosted by Auburn University’s Department of Poultry Science, this camp is open to rising 9th through 12th graders. Activities are geared towards exploration of the #1 Ag Commodity in Alabama and will allow students to gain a greater understanding of all the industry aspects that help chicken go from farm to fork! Campers can expect hands-on activities relating to poultry from egg to full development and beyond and should therefore have an interest in one of the following: ag science, biology, agriculture, veterinary medicine, and poultry judging.

FACILITIES:

Students will spend the majority of their time in the Poultry Science Building and the Charles C. Miller Center
