The following is a list of recommended items for Auburn Youth Camps. Different camps may require specific items, please refer to the individual camp page or contact the camp coordinator for more information.
For your quick reference, we’ve posted our most frequently asked questions.
If a registration is canceled for any reason, the individual or organization making the original tuition payment will receive:
- a full refund, with a $25 administrative fee deduction, if the cancellation request is received at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the program;
- a refund of 50%, if the cancellation request is received less than 4 weeks prior but at least 2 weeks prior to the program start date;
- no refund for a "No Show" or for a cancellation request received less than 2 weeks prior to the start date of the program.
Note: A registration may be transferred to another person at any time for a $25 transfer fee.
Room Key/Meal Card Deposit
A $50.00 check is due at check-in and will be returned at check-out if both the room key and meal card are returned. If both the room key and meal card are lost during camp, an additional $50.00 check is due at check-out. It is your child’s responsibility to keep up with both their room key and meal card.
Please make check payable to Auburn University and write camper name/camp on the memo line. DO NOT mail in your deposit, bring to check-in!
