Registration

There are two types of registration for the 2015 Alabama Assistive Technology Expo & Conference – waiver and general.

  • Waiver Registrations
    Waiver Registrations will not require a payment. Individuals eligible for waivers are persons with a disability, or caregivers and family members of persons with a disability. There are a limited number of waiver registrations available; they will be granted on a first come first served basis.
    Auburn University faculty and students are also eligible to attend the conference at no cost.
  • General Registration
    General Registration is for all other registrants at an individual cost of $125.00.

Cancellation Policy

If a registration is canceled for any reason, the individual or organization making the original tuition payment will receive:

  1. A full refund, less an administrative fee of $25, if the cancellation request is received in writing at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the program;
  2. A refund of 50%, if the cancellation request is received in writing less than 4 weeks prior but at least 2 weeks prior to the program start date
  3. No refund for a 'No Show' or for a cancellation request received less than 2 weeks prior to the start date of the program.

Note: A registration may be transferred to another person at any time for a $25 transfer fee.
