Black Belt Community Foundation Collaborative

In collaboration with the Black Belt Community Foundation (BBCF), the role of the Center for Educational Outreach and Engagement (CEOE) is to provide standards, curriculum, policy, and professional engagement support. These activities center around the four pillars of the Alabama State Department of Education’s (ALSDE) Plan 2020: Learners and Parents, Schools and Systems, Support Systems, and Education Professionals. The partnership between the BBCF and CEOE seeks to facilitate increased growth in student learning and achievement for all students in Alabama’s Black Belt, which assists in the realization of the ALSDE’s goal of Every Child a Graduate, Every Graduate Prepared.
