AUBURN
The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will be hosting the
workshop, "How to Start a Small Business" in the coming
months. The
SBDC at Auburn University provides counseling and training on an extensive
list of business topics of concern to the small business owner.
This information-packed
program covers an extensive list of topics of concern to small business
owners including, but not limited to, start-up procedures, business planning,
financing, marketing, employee relations, taxes, licensing, and special
interests of the attendees. Resource materials will be provided. This outreach
program is designed and conducted by the Director of the Small Business
Development Center at Auburn University. The SBDC is partially funded by
the U. S. Small Business Administration.

Location: Room 152
Lowder Business Building on the campus of Auburn University (5 story building
with a copper dome, located on the corner of Magnolia and Donahue Streets)
Time: 6:00 - 8:00
p.m.
The Small Business
Development Center has been approved to award Continuing Education Units
(CEUs) to eligible individuals who register and attend these programs.
Many individuals accumulate CEUs and utilize them for job advancement
as acknowledgment of continuing education. A record of CEUs awarded
will be maintained by Auburn University and transcripts are available upon
request.
