Step 2 : Install QuickTime
Once you have clicked the "Download QuickTime"
button, you will be given a security warning (Figure 1.1).
Don't worry, this is just here to warn you that you are
about to download and run a file, and that you should be
wary of viruses. But since we are getting this file from
the nice folks at Apple Computer, Inc. we can be pretty
sure that it will be okay.

So, click on the "Yes" button at the bottom and
prepare to install QuickTime...
Your computer will then change screens to look something
like the image below (Figure 2.2). You will need to follow
the instructions that are given to you on your screen in
order to properly install quick time.

You will have to advance through several screens. Some
will simply provide you with more information about the
software, and some will allow you to customize the way QuickTime
is installed on your computer. Since we are beginners here,
let's just let QuickTime figure all of that stuff out for
us. It is pretty smart and can usually determine what our
system requires.
So, click the "Next" button, reading and checking
the information on each screen until you get to the last
page. On this page the "Next" button will become
the "Continue" button (Figure 2.3). Click "Continue"
and the installation will begin.
