Open Internet Explorer.
2.) From the Tools Menu, choose Internet
Options...

Select the Security Tab in the Internet
Options window.

Click the Custom Level... button.

Scroll down to the Scripting section. Under Active
Scripting.

Make sure the radio button next to Enable is
on.

Scroll down to the Java section.
7.)
Make sure a radio button next to High, Medium or Low Safety
is set to on.

Click OK
