Adjusting the Browser Cache on your Macintosh Computer

Select your Browser and Operating System...

Note: If your browser and/or operating system is not listed, please consult the software documentation that applies to your particular setup.

Mac OS X (Internet Explorer 5.2) [Top of Page]

1.) Open Internet Explorer.
2.) From the Explorer Menu, choose Preferences...

3.) Select Advanced in the Web Browser list.

4.) Make sure the radio button next to Always is set to on.

5.) Click OK.

Mac OS Classic (Internet Explorer 5.2) [Top of Page]

1.) Open Internet Explorer.
2.) From the Edit Menu, choose Preferences...

3.) Select Advanced in the Web Browser list.

4.) Make sure the radio button next to Always is set to on.

5.) Click OK.

Mac OS Classic (Netscape Communicator 4.77) [Top of Page]

1.) Open Netscape Communicator
2.) From the Edit Menu, choose Preferences...

3.) Scroll down to the Advanced category in the Category list.
4 .) Click the small arrow next to Advanced.
5 .) Select Cache from the list of options under Advanced.

6.) Make sure the radio button next to Every time is set to on.

7.) Click OK.

1.) Open Netscape Communicator
2.) From the Netscape Menu, choose Preferences...

3.) Click the arrow next to Advanced in the Category list.
4.) Click Cache from the options under Advanced.

5.) Make sure the box next to Every time I view the page is set to on.

6.) Click OK.
