Auburn University Testing Services
Auburn University testing services are provided by the Office of Distance Learning & Outreach Technology, a division of University Outreach. AU Testing Services serves Auburn University students, faculty, staff, as well as the surrounding community with test administration, proctoring, and test reporting.
The Auburn University Testing Center is a member of the National College Testing Association and the Consortium of College Testing Centers, a network that facilitates distance education nationally and internationally.
Please note that testing seats for all exams are limited; therefore, seats are available on a first come, first served basis through registration.

Important Information
Government Issued Photo identification is required for admission to all tests. Please check with your specific test for further identification requirements. Auburn University Student ID is acceptable for AU Independent Learning Exams only.
Cell phones, pagers, beeping watches, or any other electronic devices are not allowed and/or permitted in the testing rooms, even if they are turned off.
Bookbags, notes, papers, books, study guides, and other items cannot be taken into the testing room (unless the directions on your test allow you to use them). You are encouraged not to bring such items to our office. If you bring them, we will ask you to store them in a side room. We cannot take responsibility for forgotten items.
Please do not bring Children to the testing center. They are not permitted in the testing room and Testing Services staff cannot provide childcare while you take your test.
A $25 fee is required for all tests except national exams. (We accept check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or exact cash). Tests that have unusually long time limits may be charged at a higher rate. Postage out of the ordinary is the responsibility of the student. If there is an unusual postage charge such as UPS, FedEx or others, the cost is added to the testing fee. All Checks are made payable to: Auburn University.

Proctored Examinations for other Colleges, Universities or Agencies
AU Testing Services is a member of the Consortium of College Testing Centers. AU Testing Center proctors examinations for other colleges and universities. The fee for this service is $25 per test. We accept check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or exact cash. Tests that have unusually long time limits may be charged at a higher rate. Procedures for Proctored Tests
You may obtain a temporary parking permit from the AU Testing Center that will allow you to park in AU parking lots during your exam.
FAQs - What are acceptable forms of photo identification?
An acceptable identification would be government issued photo identification such as a state driver's license, military ID, or passport. A student ID can only be accepted for Auburn University Exams.
What can I bring with me?
You will only need to bring your governmental issued ID. No cell phones, PDAs, Pagers or any other electronic equipment is allowed. Handbags, bookbags, etc., are also not allowed in the testing room. We asked that you leave these items in your car. If not, they will be taken and stored until after the exam.
Where do I park?
All visitors are asked to obtain a parking pass upon entering campus. In case you do not obtain a parking pass upon entering campus, a parking pass is available in the AU Testing office. With this pass, you are allowed to park anywhere throughout campus where permissible.

We accept check, exact cash, money order and credit cards (e.g. VISA, AMEX, & MASTERCARD)
