"Condominium Law Seminar"

Condominium Law Seminar from 7:45-4:15 at Burr & Forman Law Firm has been approved for six hours of CLE credit by the Alabama State Bar.

Topics include Overview of Condominium Law, Drafting Condominium Documents, Purchase Agreements, Saving Troubled Projects, Surviving the Market Downturn, and Ethics: Identifying Conflicts When Representing Developers, Associations and Unit Owners.

Speakers will include Carol H. Stewart and Melinda M. Sellers of Burr and Forman LLP and Benjamin J. De Gweck of DonovanFingar, LLC.  The program will be held in the Burr & Forman conference room, Birmingham, AL.

The cost of the program will be $175 (if paid seven days before prorgram begins), and $205 thereafter. This fee includes instruction, materials, refreshments, and a boxed lunch. [BACK TO TOP]
