Job evaluations using a point-factor system

Job evaluations are used to determine a job’s internal worth to your organization. HR Consulting provides an independent, objective assessment of a job’s internal value. Employing a point-factor system, in which each job factor is given a numeric value, each job is evaluated by a team of CGS professionals.
