Stacey Mann is an instructor of journalism and communication studies in the Department of Communication at Mississippi State University. As a former reporter and editor, Stacey’s beat focused on local and state government.  She is currently a doctoral student in the Public Policy and Administration program at Mississippi State University and her research interests are in the areas of emergency management and human resources, with particular focus on local government.
