Clynt Hart, CPA, CFE, has more than 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax and advisory services to a wide range of business clients with an emphasis on governmental and not-for-profit organizations.  He also provides services to construction and hotel clients.  Clynt is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  He has been a public speaker on fraud issues to clients and other organizations.

Clynt serves on the firms’ Peer Review Team and on the Accounting and Auditing Committee, which establishes and oversees the firm’s accounting and auditing policies and maintenance of quality control standards.  Clynt is also a member of the AICPA, ASCPA and Government Finance Officers Association. 

Clynt is one of only three CPAs in the State of Alabama selected to serve as a reviewer by the Government Finance Officers Association for its Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting program.  He is also the firm’s Shareholder designated to the AICPA Government Audit Quality Center as having firm-wide responsibility for the quality of the firm’s governmental audit practice.

Some of the not-for-profit and governmental clients where Clynt has served or is serving as a Shareholder include,  State Employees Health Insurance Board, Alabama Health Insurance Plan, Birmingham-Southern College, Civil Air Patrol, Inc., Auburn University Foundation, the City of Montgomery and the Alabama Housing Finance Authority.
