Lacy Gibson

With over twenty years of hospital human resource experience, Lacy Gibson has worked for the past sixteen years with the Alabama Hospital Association as a human resource professional, focusing on healthcare workforce development. She has served on Alabama’s State Workforce Investment Board and currently serves as a Co-Lead on the Alabama Health Action Coalition, Alabama Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee and ASNA’s Commission on Professional Issues. She holds a B.S. Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Auburn University and resides in Montgomery.
