QUALITY OF LIFE STUDIES

Tools for Small Towns introduces planning and decision making tools that can be used to help strengthen economic and community development in small towns. The materials were prepared by Auburn University's Center for Governmental Services, and serve as a companion piece to "Choices for a Growing South" - a joint project of the Southern Growth Policies Board and the Southern Consortium of University Public Service Organizations (SCUPSO).
