Strategic Planning

CGS works with government and community leaders in Alabama to create strategic plans. In a community-building exercise, CGS helps organize a broad-based group, representing the entire community, and assists this group as it designs a road map for the community's future development and governance.

CGS leads strategic planning by identifying strengths and weaknesses, developing a mission statement, and identifying strategic issues, goals, objectives, and implementation plans.
