Telephone Surveys - The SRL is equipped with a state-of-the-art CATI (computer aided telephone interviewing) system. The Lab has 14 interviewing stations and is part of the Auburn University computer network. Surveys are monitored by professionals to ensure that consistently high-quality interviews are conducted.
Web-based Surveys -SRL professionals design Internet based web-based surveys that allows data to be transferred directly to statistical software reducing the potential for entry error and vastly increasing turn-around speed.
Paper and Pencil Surveys - Paper surveys can be designed so that information can be scanned to be read by computer software. This allows data from thousands of respondents to be entered accurately and analyzed rapidly.
On-site Surveys - The Survey Research Lab at Auburn University is located in central Alabama within convenient traveling distance to almost all locations in the State. Professionals conduct on-site intercept interviews across Alabama.
