GEAR UP Birmingham City Schools: Tiger Beats Music Production Camp
June 18-23, 2017 CAMP FULL

Show your skills and develop new ones learning to make electronic beats, loops, samples, and songs in this exciting new experience! Showcasing hip-hop, electronic, gospel, pop, indie rock, and experimental music, this camp will give aspiring producers, beat makers, songwriters, and musicians the basic tools they need to make their own music. Led by professional musicians and producers you will learn the technology behind audio recording and production using the latest and best software in a dedicated “tech music studio” on the Auburn University campus. This camp serves rising 9th and 10th grade students.

HOUSING:

Campers will reside in the Hill Dormitories or the Quad dorms. They are designed in suites consisting of two double-occupancy rooms connected by a bathroom.

MEALS:

Campers will have various meal options for breakfast and lunch in The Student Center. Unlike breakfast and lunch and lunch, dinner is held in The Village Dining facility, where they have unlimited options of a buffet-style meal.
