GEAR UP Birmingham City Schools: Mosaic Theatre Camp
June 25-30, 2017 CAMP FULL

Mosaic Theatre Camp provides an opportunity for young people to explore and express current issues of diversity through the participants’ stories and the stories of their communities through stage performance. Students will be trained in acting techniques using dramatization of events relevant to them and their peer group. The camp will end with a group stage performance before a live audience. This camp serves rising 9th and 10th grade students.

Campers will reside in the Hill Dormitories or the Quad dorms. They are designed in suites consisting of two double-occupancy rooms connected by a bathroom.

Campers will have various meal options for breakfast and lunch in The Student Center. Unlike breakfast and lunch and lunch, dinner is held in The Village Dining facility, where they have unlimited options of a buffet-style meal.

The Mosaic Theatre camp is full for Summer 2017.
