Advanced Chef Tech Academy: July 8-13, 2018
Advanced Chef Tech Academy is a professional and fun continuation for students who have basic culinary arts experience (Chef Tech 1 prerequisite). Students work in small groups perfecting kitchen skills and shadowing local chefs in a hands on type environment aimed at increasing on-the-job experience. Mentoring, career counseling and financial mangagement are also infused into the program to provide a solid foundation to those who want to pursue this career field further.
This camp serves rising 10th and 11th grade students.

HOUSING:
Campers will reside in the Hill Dormitories or the Quad dorms. They are designed in suites consisting of two double-occupancy rooms connected by a bathroom.
MEALS:
Campers will have various meal options for breakfast and lunch in The Student Center. Unlike breakfast and lunch and lunch, dinner is held in The Village Dining facility, where they have unlimited options of a buffet-style meal.
