About the Course
Have you ever wondered why License Law reads the way it does and how it should be interpreted? Have you experienced difficulty in finding the best way to teach a License Law course? A License Law training will be offered August 28 in an effort to help with both of these problems. The training will consist of presentations by Pat Anderson, Charles Sowell, and Randy McKinney. The combination of these three presenters will provide an explanation of License Law from every angle.
About the Speakers
Pat Anderson is the current Assistant Executive Director of the Alabama Real Estate Commission and has an education background including serving as the Commission’s Education Director for many years. Charles Sowell is the Commission’s General Counsel and is very experienced in the interpretation of law. Both Pat and Charles are involved in statute changes and rule amendments. Randy McKinney will assist Pat and Charles and bring his experience as an attorney, real estate instructor, and qualifying broker to the presentation.
