Tutoring Skills

The daily tutoring sessions provided the students experience with simple, easy to make, hands-on activities that they could use in their programs.  They participated in science, math, reading and writing tutoring sessions and practiced these skills with each other. They learned how to break down the information into simpler terms so young students can better understand the concepts. The high school students were taught skills to help them work with students with learning difficulties and behavior challenges.
