Test Scoring Services
Test Scoring Services provides scanning and analysis of:
- general examinations (full instructions) (answer key quick reference)
- general surveys (instructions)
- Camp War Eagle testing
Test Scoring Services uses National Computer Systems (NCS) optical scanning equipment and the general forms are available at the Auburn University Bookstore in Haley Center.
Test drop off is available on the Foy Concourse at the Biggio Center/Testing Services entrance (Foy Suite 116) and at the OIT Building (300 Lem Morrison Dr.).
For 24 hour turnaround time, tests (scantrons) may be dropped off at the Biggio Center, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Scored tests will be available for pick-up at the Biggio Center the next business day. Tests dropped off on Friday will not be available for pick-up until the following Monday. All tests not picked up from the Biggio Center within 2 business days will be available for pick-up at the OIT Building, 300 Lem Morrison Drive.
For immediate turnaround, tests may be dropped off at the OIT building front desk, located at 300 Lem Morrison Drive from 7:45 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Scored tests will be available for pick-up as soon as they can be scanned - usually in 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how busy things are.
A 24-Hour Drop Box is available on the Foy Concourse at the Biggio Center/Testing Services entrance (Foy Suite 116) and a second drop box is located just to the left of the main door on the south side of the OIT Building. Both drop boxes are checked, at a minimum, at 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, so exam results will be available early on the next business day. If you choose to use either drop box, you will need to bring an envelope to contain your scan sheets. Please follow this link to read the instructions for using the drop boxes.
If there are any special instructions we can be reached at (334) 844-9521 or you may email any requests at email@example.com. All scantrons must be in an envelope with the following information on each packet:
- Instructor Name
- Email Address
- Department / Room number
- Contact Information
Scanning and Test Scoring Services deletes all scanned data the next morning. Any forms not picked up within 30 days will be destroyed. Please be sure to pick them up on a timely basis.
The scanning and test scoring services are provided for departments and activities funded by the University's general fund only.
