TechStart is a website devoted to answering all the technology-related questions that new students and their parents have when they are just starting off at Auburn University. If you have a question that you think should be answered here, e-mail us!

 

Account Activation

As a new student, you will receive a deposit confirmation letter in the mail containing your Student ID/Banner ID and User Name. You will need that information to activate your account at: http://www.auburn.edu/activate.

  • If you have not received your letter 10 business days after sending your deposit or have misplaced your letter, please contact (334) 844-6429.
  • If you have received your letter but need help with the activation procedure, please call the OIT HelpDesk at (334) 844-4944.
