Benefits of the Microsoft Campus Agreement
Note: Our annual agreement with Microsoft covers all University-owned machines for campus departments.
- The software can be installed on as many University-owned computers regardless of FTE. For example: If FTE count is 5 and you have 10 University-owned computers, you may legally install the software on all 10 computers. This is especially useful in a computer lab situation.
- The Agreement minimizes the University's liability against software piracy for stated products at a minimal cost.
