Cisco Clean Access Agent
This is a program that requires students accessing AU_WiFi with a Windows or Macintosh PC to meet basic security requirements - an updated operating system and current Anti-Virus software (list of supported AV clients) installed on the machine. If you do not have a copy of a supported AV client installed, you may download Sophos Antivirus for FREE at AU Install.
This affects Microsoft Windows machines XP or higher and Macintosh machines OS X or higher.
Clean Access has been an effective tool in preventing the spread of viruses and spyware throughout university housing by its implementation into the AU_WiFi community. Because of that success, use of the Clean Access Agent has been extended to the student wireless community.
