Below are instructions how to check the SSL settings in the following browsers:
Firefox 1.0
Follow these steps:
- Open Firefox
- From the top menu, click "Tools > Options".
- Click the "Advanced" icon.
- Click the "Security" tab.
- Click "View Certificates" button.
- Make sure the checkboxes for SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are selected and the checkbox for TLS 1.0 is not selected.
- Click "Ok".
Firefox 1.0 for Mac
Follow these steps:
- Open Firefox
- From the top menu, click "Firefox > Preferences...".
- Click the "Advanced" icon.
- Click the "Security" tab.
- Click "View Certificates" button.
- Make sure the checkboxes for SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are selected and the checkbox for TLS 1.0 is not selected.
- Close Window.
Internet Explorer 7.0
Follow these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- From the top menu, click "Tools > Internet Options".
- Click the "Advanced" tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the list and look for the "Security" header.
- Make sure the checkboxes for SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 are selected and the checkbox for TLS 1.0 is not selected.
Note: SSL 2.0 must be enabled for Windows Vista users to access E-Bill & TigerMail.
- Click "Ok".
