Clearing the Certificates
Below are instructions how to clear the certificates in the following browsers:
Firefox 1.0
Follow these steps:
- Open Firefox
- From the top menu, click "Tools > Options".
- Click the "Advanced" icon.
- Click the "Security" tab.
- Click "View Certificates" button and then the "Web Sites" tab.
- Click on the first website listed and click "Delete". Repeat this process till all are removed.
- Click "OK".
Firefox 1.0 for Mac
Follow these steps:
- Open Firefox
- From the top menu, click "Firefox > Preferences...".
- Click the "Advanced" icon.
- Click the "Security" tab.
- Click "View Certificates" button and then the "Web Sites" tab.
- Click on the first website listed and click "Delete". Repeat this process till all are removed.
- Click "OK".
Internet Explorer 6.0
Follow these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- From the top menu, click "Tools > Internet Options".
- Click the "Content" tab.
- Click the "Certificates" button .
- Click the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities " tab.
- Click the first item listed, scroll to the bottom of the list, hold the shift key, and click the "Remove" button.
- You can repeat this process on the other tabs if needed.
Internet Explorer 7.0
Follow these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- From the top menu, click "Tools > Internet Options".
- Click the "Content" tab.
- Click the "Certificates" button .
- Click the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities " tab.
- Click the first item listed, scroll to the bottom of the list, hold the shift key, and click the "Remove" button.
- You can repeat this process on the other tabs if needed.
