Clearing the Certificates

 

Below are instructions how to clear the certificates in the following browsers:

 

Firefox 1.0

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Firefox

  2. From the top menu, click "Tools > Options".

  3. Click the "Advanced" icon.

  4. Click the "Security" tab.

  5. Click "View Certificates" button and then the "Web Sites" tab.

  6. Click on the first website listed and click "Delete". Repeat this process till all are removed.

  7. Click "OK".

Firefox 1.0 for Mac

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Firefox

  2. From the top menu, click "Firefox > Preferences...".

  3. Click the "Advanced" icon.

  4. Click the "Security" tab.

  5. Click "View Certificates" button and then the "Web Sites" tab.

  6. Click on the first website listed and click "Delete". Repeat this process till all are removed.

  7. Click "OK".

Internet Explorer 6.0

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. From the top menu, click "Tools > Internet Options".

  3. Click the "Content" tab.

  4. Click the "Certificates" button .

  5. Click the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities " tab.

  6. Click the first item listed, scroll to the bottom of the list, hold the shift key, and click the "Remove" button.

  7. You can repeat this process on the other tabs if needed.

Internet Explorer 7.0

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. From the top menu, click "Tools > Internet Options".

  3. Click the "Content" tab.

  4. Click the "Certificates" button .

  5. Click the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities " tab.

  6. Click the first item listed, scroll to the bottom of the list, hold the shift key, and click the "Remove" button.

  7. You can repeat this process on the other tabs if needed.
