Clearing the Cache

 

Below are instructions how to clear the cache in the following browsers:

• Firefox 2.0
• Firefox 1.0 for Mac
• Internet Explorer 6.0
• Internet Explorer 7.0
• Safari 2.0

 

Firefox 2.0

Follow these steps:

1. Open Firefox.
   
   
2. From the top menu, click "Tools > Clear Private Data…".
   
   
3. Check “Cache” and click “Clear Private Data Now”.

 

Firefox 1.0 for Mac

Follow these steps:

1. Open Firefox
   
   
2. From the top menu, click "Firefox > Preferences...".
   
   
3. Click the "Privacy" icon.
   
   
4. Click the "Cache" tab.
   
   
5. Click the "Clear Cache Now" button.
   
   
6. Close preferences window.

 

Internet Explorer 6.0

Follow these steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
   
   
2. From the top menu, click "Tools > Internet Options".
   
   
3. Click the "General" tab.
   
   
4. Under "Temporary Internet Files", click the "Delete Files" button.
   
   
5. Click the "OK" button.
   
   
6. Your cursor will change from a pointer to an hourglass. It may take a couple of minutes for the cache to be completely cleared out.
   
   
7. Once your pointer returns, click "OK".

Internet Explorer 7.0

Follow these steps:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
   
   
2. From the top menu, click "Tools > Delete Browsing History".
   
   
3. Click the "Delete Files" button.
   
   
4. It will ask if you’re sure, click the "Yes" button.
   
   
5. Click the "Close".
   

 

Safari 2.0.3

Follow these steps:

1. Open Safari
   
   
2. From the top menu, click "Safari > Empty Cache...".
   
   
3. Click "Empty".
