Disable Password Saving

 

Below are instructions on how to enable JavaScript in the following browsers:

 

Firefox 2.0

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Firefox
  2. From the top menu, click "Tools > Options".
  3. Click the "Security" icon.
  4. Uncheck "Remember Passwords for Sites".
  5. Click "OK".

Firefox 1.0 for Mac

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Firefox
  2. From the top menu, click "Firefox > Preferences...".
  3. Click the "Security" icon.
  4. Uncheck "Remember Passwords for Sites".
  5. Close Preferences box.

Internet Explorer 7.0

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  3. Click the Content tab.
  4. In the "AutoComplete..." section, click the Settings button. You now have several options:
    • To prevent your password from being saved, deselect the User names and passwords on forms checkbox.
    • To prevent field entries from being saved, deselect the Forms checkbox.
    • To prevent URLs from being saved, deselect the Web addresses checkbox.

  5. Click OK twice
