Microsoft had rolled back the system-wide change that they made Friday, which affected many institutions. New mail items should be flowing as expected. Unfortunately, the messages that arrived since Friday until today will have to be manually retrieved from the Junk Mail and/or Deleted Mail folders.

As of Friday, June 12th, the Microsoft-hosted, Office365 email system has failed to deliver student and retiree email as expected. We still have an open ticket with the Microsoft Support Team and they are investigating the issue. After some research, it appears Microsoft has unexpectedly and aggressively started flagging incoming items as SPAM; therefore, some missing email may be retrieved from the Junk Mail and/or Deleted Mail folders.
As we continue to work with Microsoft and more details are uncovered we will update this webpage.
